Our Practice

Smile Oralcare are Peterborough’s longest established private dentist. We are proud to provide excellent service and outstanding dental health care- in fact, within just 18 months of opening, Oralcare was awarded Denplan Regional Practice of the Year. Here we treat our patients in a relaxed, vibrant and welcoming environment. To ensure a comfortable and relaxed visit for all we provide dedicated areas for adults and children.

The Team

Our founder, Dr MartinFallowfield qualified from Leeds University in 1980. Continuing a highly successful career in a number of award-winning practices he founded Oralcare in 2001. He has also been appointed head of professional liaison for Denplan and his involvement in setting national standards, both BDA Good Practice and Denplan Excel, brings a unique focus on monitoring and audit.

Our Treatments

Whether undertaking general treatment or more complex restorative procedures we always ensure the highest standards of care and quality in our dentistry. We are pleased to offer a number of cosmetic dental treatments including tooth whitening, dentalimplants, bridges, crowns and veneers. Significant investment in the practice allows us to benefit from state-of-the-art equipment and you may well find our treatment chairs so very comfortable you struggle to get out!

We have lots of experience in treating very nervous patients and can offer a range of ways to help you relax and feel comfortable during your appointment.  Our relaxation techniques include hypnosis - a revolutionary 'fast phobia' treatment now used by psychologists to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. We can also arrange a safe liquid oral sedative.
